60 minutes | Self-pay: $395
This is where your care begins. During this comprehensive visit, I take the time to understand who you are as a whole person — not just your symptoms. We’ll explore your mental and medical health history, lifestyle, habits, relationships, family background, and the specific challenges that brought you to care. At the conclusion of this visit, we’ll discuss initial clinical impressions, potential diagnoses, and collaboratively build a treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle modifications, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. This plan is shaped around your goals, preferences, and values — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
25 minutes | Self-pay: $190
Designed for established clients with stable symptoms who require routine monitoring. During this visit, we check in on how you’ve been doing since your last appointment, review your current treatment plan, discuss medication effectiveness and any side effects, and address straightforward questions or concerns. This visit is ideal for clients who are progressing well and need consistent, efficient check-ins to maintain stability.
45 minutes | Self-pay: $250
For established clients who need more time — whether due to more complex symptoms, emerging concerns, medication adjustments, life stressors, or a desire for supportive psychotherapy during the session. We’ll use this time to assess your current status in greater depth, review and refine your treatment plan, discuss changes in your symptoms or circumstances, and work through challenges with more space and attention. This visit is also well-suited for clients who are doing well but benefit from the therapeutic support that a longer session provides.
45 minutes | Self-pay: $325
A focused first visit for individuals seeking support with weight management or smoking and vaping cessation. During this visit, we’ll explore the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors contributing to your concerns, review relevant health history and any previous attempts at change, discuss your goals and preferences, and begin building a personalized plan. This may include behavioral strategies, nutritional guidance, lifestyle modifications, and — when clinically appropriate — medication options.
25 minutes | Self-pay: $190
Ongoing check-ins to monitor your progress, adjust your plan, address challenges, and provide continued support and accountability. The focus is on sustainable change — not perfection — and each visit is tailored to where you are in your journey.
60 minutes | Self-pay: $395
A comprehensive assessment visit where we review your history, current symptoms, functioning across settings, and relevant mental health, academic, and occupational factors. This visit helps determine whether ADHD is a primary clinical concern or whether other factors may better explain your experience.
Self-pay: $245 (cash-pay only)
If ADHD remains a clinical consideration after the initial intake, a dedicated follow-up session includes objective cognitive performance testing that measures attention, impulse control, processing speed, and executive functioning. This testing provides data that goes beyond self-report questionnaires and clinical interviews alone. The CPT fee of $245 is billed separately from the visit fee and is available on a cash-pay basis only — it is not billed through insurance. The clinical visit in which testing occurs is billed at the applicable follow-up rate.
Billed at applicable follow-up rate ($190 or $250 depending on complexity)
Follow-up ADHD visits, review testing results, discuss clinical findings, and provide individualized recommendations and next steps — whether that includes confirmation of ADHD, alternative explanations, or targeted treatment strategies.
I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers for behavioral health only:
Coverage and benefits vary by plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your specific telehealth and mental health benefits before your first appointment.
For self-pay clients, my billing process is transparent — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
I provide superbills for out-of-network clients seeking reimbursement from their insurance.
I accept major credit cards and debit cards, with convenient and secure payment online.
To ensure smooth scheduling for all patients, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in a non-refundable fee charged to your card on file. Late cancellations and no-shows affect not only my schedule but also prevent other clients from accessing timely care.
