To ensure smooth scheduling for all patients, kindly provide at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur a non-refundable fee.  When appointments are canceled at short notice or missed altogether, it not only disrupts my schedule but also prevents other clients from accessing timely care.
