I am accepting new patients!
I help young adults, women, and mothers struggling with depression, anxiety, and burnout improve their mood, reduce anxiety, feel energized, and engage more effectively in their personal and professional relationships through holistic treatment modalities.
I also offer services to individuals across the lifespan from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health challenges.
If you have been having crying spells, been feeling down more often than not, feel disconnected, feel less motivated, or are experiencing increased irritability, I can help you overcome the challenges and negative emotions of depression and reclaim your joy, vitality, and connection.
I can assist you to manage symptoms of irritability, excess worrying, poor concentration, racing thoughts, tension, and insomnia associated with anxiety, by helping you develop coping strategies, and regaining a sense of calm and control in your live.
Whether you are experiencing burnout at home, school, or work, I offer a collaborative approach to help you regain energy, motivation, and a sense of purpose in both your personal and professional live.
If you have been experiencing prolong mood swings or other symptoms on the bipolar spectrum, I work with you to stabilize mood fluctuations and support you in achieving emotional balance.
I teach effective strategies and support for managing stress, empowering you to cultivate resilience, restore balance, and lead a more fulfilling live.
I can help you navigate the challenges of trauma, support you in processing traumatic experiences and the debilitating emotions arising from these experiences, find relief from symptoms, and ultimately help you toward resilience building, and reclaiming a sense of safety and stability.
If you are struggling with focus, difficulty concentrating or organizing, difficulty completing tasks, or seem easily distractible despite your best efforts, I can work with you to help you optimize your functioning, enhance your focus, and navigate daily challenges with greater confidence. I perform a comprehensive assessment to ensure your symptoms are not due to another condition like depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, as most symptoms overlap. Please note that I start my treatment for ADHD with non-controlled/non-stimulant medications.
I can work with you to overcome symptoms associated with a wide range of other psychiatric conditions including: seasonal affective disorder, grief, insomnia, alcohol use disorder, etc.
I provide comprehensive assessments to understand your unique mental health and whole person needs, laying the foundation for new or confirming diagnoses, and for personalized treatment plans.
I offer evidence-based medication management, carefully tailored to your specific condition and preferences. My goal is to help you get better with the least amount of medication at the lowest effective dose.
My practice emphasizes the importance of psychotherapeutic interventions to support emotional well being and personal growth. I help patients address underlying issues and develop coping strategies.
I integrate various modalities, including evidence based psychopharmacology, personal preferences, psychoeducation, and supportive interventions, ensuring a well-rounded approach to mental health care.
I integrate lifestyle changes into treatment plans to promote holistic well-being. This include reviewing and optimizing your dietary, activity, and sleep habits.
Sometimes medication may no longer be necessary, or you may be ready to stop taking them or to reduce the dose. I help with gradual tapering of psychiatric medications to minimize withdrawal side effects and rebound symptoms, in order to maximize success.
